Permission is hereby granted to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the “Software”), to install and use the Software for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the following conditions:

Installation and use of the Software
Private and internal use within your organization

2. Restrictions

You may NOT, without prior written consent from the copyright holder:

Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to any third party, except via the Visual Studio Code Marketplace or other official distribution channels authorized by the copyright holder
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to the copyright holder and title thereto remains in the copyright holder. All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets in the Software are and shall remain in the copyright holder.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
